Skin Health, From Natural Remedies to Cosmetic Surgery

Why YOu Should Choose Wrinkle Creams over Other Anti-Aging Methods

There are a lot of wrinkle creams out their in the market today. This is because people nowadays are really obsessed with looking younger that many are willing to spend a lot of money on different ways on how to keep looking younger, longer. Aside from creams, there have also been a lot of procedures and techniques developed in getting rid of wrinkles on the face.

Some of the more expensive procedures that people undergo to make themselves look younger are facelifts and other forms of cosmetic surgery. These people are either desperate to get rid of wrinkles instantly, or are rich enough to spend on such procedures.

Save your money and start doing facial exercises. Your facial muscles need to be toned to make your skin look smoother. Since the muscles are underneath your skin, it needs to be toned to pull the skin. It is highly recommended if you really want the safe and practical solution for your wrinkles.

At present, women look for solutions that have scientific basis. They do not want to try out anything that they are doubtful. Also, they want to have products that work as quick as possible. Wrinkle creams indeed serve as an option for women without having to spend so much money.

With so many creams available in the market, it seems confusing to know which actually work or not. Most of these have the same claims and that each is the best product there is. Most creams claim to work by supplying enough collagen on the skin, improving elasticity.

Some creams focus on enhancing the beauty of the eyes by eliminating puffiness and dark lines under the eyes. This is because the eyes are usually the first thing that people look at in your face. Others focus on tightening the skin that less sagging will occur. For the best results, some people use a combination of these wrinkle creams to get the most from these products.

The most important thing that you should consider with wrinkle creams is its compatibility with your skin. Aside from it being safe and not cause irritations, the compatible cream with your skin will give you the best anti-aging effects. The only way to determine if a cream is compatible with your sin is through trial and error. You should try using different creams and see which one is the most effective, and be sure to stick with it.

Forget about those other anti-aging procedures and treatments as they are either too expensive or take too long to work on your skin. The best way to get rid of wrinkles, fine lines and sagging skin is through the use of wrinkle creams. As long as you find the right product for our skin, you should stick to it and you will definitely be satisfied with the results.

Wrinkle Free in 2 Steps:

In the News:

Barbara Walters News Special: On 60 Minutes, Dr. Christoph Wesphal explains that Resveratrol is a naturally occurring component of red wine that can apparently extend human life.

WebMD: Resveratrol may prolong life and fight age-related diseases.

Resveratrol is one of a group of antioxidant compounds called polyphenols found in red wine that has been reported to have anti-inflammatory as well as anticancer properties.

Resveratrol may counter type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance, a new study shows.

CNN: At high doses, resveratrol appears to prolong life spans and improve health in mice. Human trials are under way.

This research, funded in part by the National Institute on Aging, was published in the journals Nature and Call in November, and bottles of resveratrol have been flying off the shelves since. Dr. Brent Bauer, director of the Department of Internal Medicine's Complementary and Integrative Medicine Program at Mayo Clinic says "This may be the best thing since sliced bread for human beings, but we just don't know yet."

Fox News: For years, red wine has been linked to numerous health benefits. But the new study, published online in the journal Nature on Thursday, shows that mammals given ultrahigh doses of resveratrol can get the good effects of cutting calories without actually doing it.

"If we're right about this, it would mean you could have the benefit of restricting calories without having to feel hungry," Sinclair said. "It's the Holy Grail of aging research."
