The Benefits of Hyaluronic Acid in Organic Skin Care Products

There are different ways of treating your skin, but a recent trend known as organic skin care is based on using natural products and extracts to treat skin in a gentle manner. The idea behind this type of treatment is that a natural product will be less harmful especially to sensitive and dry skin. Let’s take a closer look and find out how these types of products can help aging skin.

The older we get the more our skin becomes fragile and vulnerable. External stressors can intensify this vulnerability and help promote the early formation of eye wrinkles, smile lines, dull skin, and age spots. If you want to treat aging skin then you should look for gentle products that can treat these problems while soothing your skin at the same time.

Organic skin care products are ideal for aging skin because they contain little or no chemical ingredients. In fact, there is a specific ingredient found in Nature that has shown great promise in erasing wrinkles and treating other common signs of aging. What ingredient am I talking about? Hyaluronic acid.

Hyaluronic acid is a glycosaminoglycan found throughout our bodies. It functions as a binding, lubricating and protecting agent. As a matter of fact, it plays an important role in the body’s healing process.

Hyaluronic Acid is The Fountain of Youth

Other than wrinkles and dull skin, the aging process obstructs the skin’s natural ability to hold moisture. In our late teens and early twenties our body’s production of hyaluronic acid decreases. This is one of the reasons our skin becomes fragile and loses moisture. Nevertheless, it’s not until we reach our 30s, that our skin begins to show the signs of aging.

The skin loses elasticity and begins to wrinkle. Cosmetic companies have understood the importance of hyaluronic acid and have decided to make it part of the ingredient list of several anti wrinkle creams. Its use does show impressive results.

This glycosaminoglycan offers the skin two benefits: moisture and a boost in the production of collagen. Hyaluronic acid can hold up to one thousand times its weight in water which means that it can help plump up the skin and make fine lines disappear.

The older we get the less capable our bodies are of producing collagen. This causes our skin to sag and wrinkle. You can use hyaluronic acid to counteract this effect because it can help boost the production of collagen in aging skin, which in turn, can help decrease wrinkles and make your skin look firm again.

These properties make hyaluronic acid an ideal addition to any wrinkles treatment. And one more beneficial property to add to the list; hyaluronic acid also helps promote the healing process by inducing inflammation and helping in the formation of healthy scar tissue. As you may have guessed, healing is another process that slows down as we age.

In summary, hyaluronic acid can treat all kinds of aging problems. The best wrinkle creams should contain this miraculous ingredient.

If you’re looking for a great eye wrinkles cream that contains hyaluronic acid you should try Triple Effects Eye Contour Cream. This natural skin care cream is a gentle yet very effective skin care cream that is made with two very special natural ingredients - Helix Aspersa Muller extract and strawberry seed oil. The blend born of this mix is so gentle that it can be used on all skin types, yet so effective that it will help eliminate some of the most stubborn blemishes.

Wrinkle Free in 2 Steps:

In the News:

Barbara Walters News Special: On 60 Minutes, Dr. Christoph Wesphal explains that Resveratrol is a naturally occurring component of red wine that can apparently extend human life.

WebMD: Resveratrol may prolong life and fight age-related diseases.

Resveratrol is one of a group of antioxidant compounds called polyphenols found in red wine that has been reported to have anti-inflammatory as well as anticancer properties.

Resveratrol may counter type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance, a new study shows.

CNN: At high doses, resveratrol appears to prolong life spans and improve health in mice. Human trials are under way.

This research, funded in part by the National Institute on Aging, was published in the journals Nature and Call in November, and bottles of resveratrol have been flying off the shelves since. Dr. Brent Bauer, director of the Department of Internal Medicine's Complementary and Integrative Medicine Program at Mayo Clinic says "This may be the best thing since sliced bread for human beings, but we just don't know yet."

Fox News: For years, red wine has been linked to numerous health benefits. But the new study, published online in the journal Nature on Thursday, shows that mammals given ultrahigh doses of resveratrol can get the good effects of cutting calories without actually doing it.

"If we're right about this, it would mean you could have the benefit of restricting calories without having to feel hungry," Sinclair said. "It's the Holy Grail of aging research."
