Natural Skin Lotion and other Tips for Anti Aging

Nothing is worse than having to deal with face wrinkles, especially if you’re a women. Wrinkles are a natural part of the aging process, but that doesn’t mean we can’t do something to get rid of them. There are several anti aging techniques, procedures, and even products that can help you deter and treat the signs of aging.

Two of the most popular techniques used for removing fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, and scars are chemical peels and dermabrasion. These techniques require the assistance of a medical professional. Their recovery time depends on the extent of each procedure.

Plastic surgery is another viable option. Certain procedures are used to eliminate scars by excising the skin. While others can help eliminate wrinkles by stretching the skin.

Lastly, there are various anti aging creams that can help diminish or hide the signs of aging. This type of treatment is based on the consistency of its use, therefore, once you begin using an anti aging product you should continue to use it if you want to keep your condition from getting worse.

Anti Aging Tips to Deter the Aging Process

Other than treating skin wrinkles and sagging skin with a skin care cream, you can also adopt good habits that will help slow down the aging process. A diet that is high in antioxidants is one of the best ways of dealing with premature aging. You can get antioxidants from fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

Give up smoking and reduce your alcohol consumption. Smoking has been known to promote wrinkles on the face and all over the body. Drinking dehydrates your skin and skin tissue, making you age well beyond your years.

Sunbathing produces free radicals and can destroy healthy cells. Tan skin is a synonym of healthy skin, however, if you want a tan that won’t damage your skin then you should consider using a self tanning lotion or a bronzing powder.

The damage caused by smoking, drinking and sunbathing is irreversible. So, the sooner you stop doing them the less damage your skin will suffer.

Treating the Signs of Aging with a Natural Wrinkles Cream

Aging skin is much more sensitive than younger skin. Due to the lack of collagen and moisture it can become brittle and more easily damaged. This may be a good time to use a natural skin care product instead of a traditional one.

Natural skin lotions contain ingredients that are gentler than their chemical counterparts. Look for products that contain hyaluronic acid as well. This ingredient can hold up to 1000 times its own weight in water.

Also, before purchasing a product make sure that it is alcohol and fragrance free. It’s good to avoid these types of ingredients because alcohol strips the skin of water and fragrances can lead to irritation.

REJUVENTATING CREAM is part of the BERRYSISTIBLE line of natural skin care products. It is a natural skin cream made with a gentle natural ingredient - snail serum - that makes this product ideal for aging skin due to its gentle, yet effective, nature. Natural wrinkle creams are recommended by most people because they do not produce unwanted side effects thanks to their unique, natural composition.

Wrinkle Free in 2 Steps:

In the News:

Barbara Walters News Special: On 60 Minutes, Dr. Christoph Wesphal explains that Resveratrol is a naturally occurring component of red wine that can apparently extend human life.

WebMD: Resveratrol may prolong life and fight age-related diseases.

Resveratrol is one of a group of antioxidant compounds called polyphenols found in red wine that has been reported to have anti-inflammatory as well as anticancer properties.

Resveratrol may counter type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance, a new study shows.

CNN: At high doses, resveratrol appears to prolong life spans and improve health in mice. Human trials are under way.

This research, funded in part by the National Institute on Aging, was published in the journals Nature and Call in November, and bottles of resveratrol have been flying off the shelves since. Dr. Brent Bauer, director of the Department of Internal Medicine's Complementary and Integrative Medicine Program at Mayo Clinic says "This may be the best thing since sliced bread for human beings, but we just don't know yet."

Fox News: For years, red wine has been linked to numerous health benefits. But the new study, published online in the journal Nature on Thursday, shows that mammals given ultrahigh doses of resveratrol can get the good effects of cutting calories without actually doing it.

"If we're right about this, it would mean you could have the benefit of restricting calories without having to feel hungry," Sinclair said. "It's the Holy Grail of aging research."
