Eventually, everyone will age and there are manifestations in one’s skin and this can be seen in one’s face. For instance, it may lose glow and flexibility. You can drink supplements or perform surgeries that will help you maintain a young looking skin however aside from being costly these methods can be quite painful. People without proper resources may often think that they no longer have chance to maintain a young looking skin since they cannot afford the medicines or the operation.

However, this is not the case since there are actually ways to maintain a young looking face without the need to spend any money. Doing facial exercises everyday at home can make you attain the young look that you want.

Start with drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. Water is good for the system for it encourages good blood and oxygen circulation. This encourages new skin to develop faster. Therefore a well hydrated body results to good skin. Perfect skin develops when there is ample water supply in the body. Toxins from the body are eliminated whenever we perspire. That is why drinking lots of water helps in beautifying your skin.

Next, exercising will also help in making your skin healthy that it should be done daily. Exercising allows good circulation of the blood and oxygen that it makes the body feel and look renewed. With the right blood and oxygen circulation, hormones and cells are also regenerated causing the new skin cells to replace the old ones making them look young and new. Aside from good health, exercising also causes happiness.

Like the other parts of the body, the face can also be exercised and thus, you can also expect the effects of exercise on one’s face. Exercises on one’s face are easy and will not take most of your time. You just have to be disciplined in doing them daily to enjoy long term effects.

Facial exercises are best done after washing the face or after taking a bath. This is the time when skin is most hydrated, well relaxed and soft. You should use jojoba oil or any facial lotion or cream when exercising. You should place it in your hands and with the use of your palms, you should massage from your forehead to your temples in circular motion; both in the upper and lower parts and this should be done twice.

Then, the three middle fingers of your both hands should massage your temples to your scalp three times, also in a circular motion. With your index and middle finger, you should also massage your nose bridge downwards, also done three times. Last routine includes sweeping your forehead upwards using your left and right hand alternately three times. Doing these everyday will definitely make your skin young looking and renewed.

Wrinkle Free in 2 Steps:

In the News:

Barbara Walters News Special: On 60 Minutes, Dr. Christoph Wesphal explains that Resveratrol is a naturally occurring component of red wine that can apparently extend human life.

WebMD: Resveratrol may prolong life and fight age-related diseases.

Resveratrol is one of a group of antioxidant compounds called polyphenols found in red wine that has been reported to have anti-inflammatory as well as anticancer properties.

Resveratrol may counter type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance, a new study shows.

CNN: At high doses, resveratrol appears to prolong life spans and improve health in mice. Human trials are under way.

This research, funded in part by the National Institute on Aging, was published in the journals Nature and Call in November, and bottles of resveratrol have been flying off the shelves since. Dr. Brent Bauer, director of the Department of Internal Medicine's Complementary and Integrative Medicine Program at Mayo Clinic says "This may be the best thing since sliced bread for human beings, but we just don't know yet."

Fox News: For years, red wine has been linked to numerous health benefits. But the new study, published online in the journal Nature on Thursday, shows that mammals given ultrahigh doses of resveratrol can get the good effects of cutting calories without actually doing it.

"If we're right about this, it would mean you could have the benefit of restricting calories without having to feel hungry," Sinclair said. "It's the Holy Grail of aging research."
