Facial Exercises Should be Done Everyday

Do you sometimes find yourself doing nothing after a hard day’s work? Do you spend a lot of time every night in front of the TV? Then don’t waste your time idling around when you can do facial exercising during these times. Doing these exercises will not only help prevent and reduce existing wrinkles, but it is great in helping you relax and release stress.

One thing that turns off people with the idea of facial exercises is the fact that it will take a long time before you will see significant changes on your face. They also feel that it will take a lot of work to do these exercises. But if you indeed have a lot of idle time on your hands, it might be worth trying as you won’t have anything else to do.

One of the advantages of doing facial exercises is that it helps you relax and relieve tension and stress buildup on your face. This is a good motivating factor to help you start with the exercises, and to continue doing this everyday. Once you have established this as a daily routine, it will be much easier to continue doing it everyday.

Doing this everyday will make your body accustomed to it and you will really be looking forward to doing these exercises by the end of your day. Once you get the hang of doing the exercises, it will feel very easy and fast that you won’t notice that you are already finishing up on your daily routine.

After a few months of doing these exercises, you should start to notice your skin becoming tighter and wrinkles starting to become shallower. This should further boost your motivation to keep doing the exercises especially if you feel that it is not working.

The reason why these take a long time to work is because facial exercises rely on your body’s own physiology to increase muscle tone. This will take a long time, similar to exercising your muscles in the gym. But with continuous exercise, you will eventually be able to increase muscle tone so that it can exert a greater pull on your skin and cause a reduction in wrinkles.

There are a lot of other faster methods to get rid of wrinkles but the natural and safest way to do it is by doing facial exercises. In addition to this, it won’t cost you any money at all. You also don’t need to rely on wrinkle creams that are not entirely safe and effective for your skin.

So try doing facial exercises to get rid of wrinkles the safe and natural way. You won’t even have to spend any money at all in performing the exercises. As long as you have at least 15 minutes each day, you will be able to start getting rid of wrinkles and enjoy the relaxing effects of these exercises.

Wrinkle Free in 2 Steps:

In the News:

Barbara Walters News Special: On 60 Minutes, Dr. Christoph Wesphal explains that Resveratrol is a naturally occurring component of red wine that can apparently extend human life.

WebMD: Resveratrol may prolong life and fight age-related diseases.

Resveratrol is one of a group of antioxidant compounds called polyphenols found in red wine that has been reported to have anti-inflammatory as well as anticancer properties.

Resveratrol may counter type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance, a new study shows.

CNN: At high doses, resveratrol appears to prolong life spans and improve health in mice. Human trials are under way.

This research, funded in part by the National Institute on Aging, was published in the journals Nature and Call in November, and bottles of resveratrol have been flying off the shelves since. Dr. Brent Bauer, director of the Department of Internal Medicine's Complementary and Integrative Medicine Program at Mayo Clinic says "This may be the best thing since sliced bread for human beings, but we just don't know yet."

Fox News: For years, red wine has been linked to numerous health benefits. But the new study, published online in the journal Nature on Thursday, shows that mammals given ultrahigh doses of resveratrol can get the good effects of cutting calories without actually doing it.

"If we're right about this, it would mean you could have the benefit of restricting calories without having to feel hungry," Sinclair said. "It's the Holy Grail of aging research."
