Anti Aging: Use Natural Skin Lotions and Other Procedures

Face wrinkles are one of the most dreaded parts of aging, however, there are a wide variety of anti aging products that can help treat most signs of aging. Some other forms of treatment that are very common are resurfacing techniques, surgery, and anti aging products.

If you’re not sure what is meant by resurfacing techniques it refers to treatments that include chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Both of these alternatives require anesthesia, pain medication, and wound care so make sure you have medical supervision when undergoing these treatments.

Plastic surgery is another viable option. Some procedures are used to eliminate scars by excising the skin. While others can help eliminate wrinkles by stretching the skin.

Finally, there are anti aging creams that can help deter and hide the signs of aging. This type of treatment is based on the consistency of its use. Therefore, once you begin using an anti aging product, you must continue its use to keep from getting worse.

A Few Tips that Can Help Slow Down the Aging Process

When dealing with aging you can either treat your skin wrinkles, sagging skin and age spots directly or adopt healthy habits that will help slow down the aging process from within. A healthy diet includes foods high in antioxidants (fruits, vegetables, and whole grains).

You should avoid alcohol and cigarette smoke because they are known to promote wrinkles all over the face and the rest of the body.

Sunbathing produces free radicals and can destroy healthy cells. Tan skin is a synonym of healthy skin, however, if you want a tan that won’t damage your skin then you should consider using a self tanning lotion or a bronzing powder.

The damage caused by smoking, drinking and sunbathing is irreversible. So, the sooner you change these habits, the less damage your skin will suffer.

Natural Wrinkles Cream to Treat Aging

Mature skin is more sensitive than its younger counterpart. Older skin produces less collagen and has less moisture so it is more brittle and more susceptible to damage. Therefore, it is a good idea to use a gentle and natural skin product.

Natural skin lotions are made with gentle natural ingredients, unlike their traditional counterparts. One ingredient that should be in any cream that you use is hyaluronic acid. This ingredient can hold up to 1000 time its weight in water which will help make your skin look plumper and more youthful.

Also make sure that your skin care product is alcohol and fragrance free. Alcohol strips the skin of water and fragrances can lead to irritation.

The BERRYSISTIBLE line of skin care products includes a natural anti-wrinkle cream, REJUVENATING CREAM. This natural skin cream contains snail serum and can effectively deal with the unwanted problems of the aging process.

Wrinkle Free in 2 Steps:

In the News:

Barbara Walters News Special: On 60 Minutes, Dr. Christoph Wesphal explains that Resveratrol is a naturally occurring component of red wine that can apparently extend human life.

WebMD: Resveratrol may prolong life and fight age-related diseases.

Resveratrol is one of a group of antioxidant compounds called polyphenols found in red wine that has been reported to have anti-inflammatory as well as anticancer properties.

Resveratrol may counter type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance, a new study shows.

CNN: At high doses, resveratrol appears to prolong life spans and improve health in mice. Human trials are under way.

This research, funded in part by the National Institute on Aging, was published in the journals Nature and Call in November, and bottles of resveratrol have been flying off the shelves since. Dr. Brent Bauer, director of the Department of Internal Medicine's Complementary and Integrative Medicine Program at Mayo Clinic says "This may be the best thing since sliced bread for human beings, but we just don't know yet."

Fox News: For years, red wine has been linked to numerous health benefits. But the new study, published online in the journal Nature on Thursday, shows that mammals given ultrahigh doses of resveratrol can get the good effects of cutting calories without actually doing it.

"If we're right about this, it would mean you could have the benefit of restricting calories without having to feel hungry," Sinclair said. "It's the Holy Grail of aging research."
