Why Should You Try Facial Exercises?

Generally, you would need to have wrinkles on your face before you can use or undergo any of the wrinkle removal methods available. An example of this is that you have to have wrinkles before you can undergo facelift surgery so that they can be removed. If you want to get the most out of your money, you would have to wait for a lot of wrinkles to form on your face before undergoing the procedure.

Wrinkle creams are similar to undergoing a facelift. You would have no use for wrinkle creams id you do not have any wrinkles on your face. But compared to the first method, you don’t have to wait for a lot of wrinkles to appear on your face before starting to apply it on your face.

Compared to these two methods of anti-aging, facial exercises need not be done only when you already have wrinkles on your face. These exercises are not only made for eliminating wrinkles, but it is also useful in preventing them from forming in the first place. This way, you won’t even have to see wrinkles forming on your face before starting with this practice. It would take a very long time before you will start seeing wrinkles on your face.

These exercises work by increasing the tone of your muscles so that they may have a stronger pulling effect on your skin. This way, there is less folding of the skin and it stays more elastic thus preventing wrinkles from forming. As for wrinkles that are already present, it can also work in reducing and eliminating them eventually.

Aside from just eliminating wrinkles, it can also work in making skin tighter so that less sagging occurs. It is also effective in getting rid of puffiness and dark lines under the eyes as this method can stimulate better circulation around the eyes. This way, less fluid accumulates and the eyes become a lot prettier.

The best is that these exercises will not cost you any money at all. Facelifts and Botox injections may work instantly but they cost a lot of money. Using wrinkle cream on the other hand may cost less money but it will not always work. Doing exercises on the other hand, is free and will surely provide results with enough patience.

There is no exact time when you should start doing these exercises. The earlier you start, the better. This is because facial exercises are a preventive measure for the formation of wrinkles and the other signs of aging. By doing these, you can avoid the formation of wrinkles so that they will form when you are really older.

There are a lot more things that you can do with your money than spend it on anti-aging methods that can also be done by facial exercises. Aside from this, it is also a great way to prevent wrinkles and sagging skin. Be sure to practice this everyday and make it a habit so that you can look younger than you actually are for a very long time.

Wrinkle Free in 2 Steps:

In the News:

Barbara Walters News Special: On 60 Minutes, Dr. Christoph Wesphal explains that Resveratrol is a naturally occurring component of red wine that can apparently extend human life.

WebMD: Resveratrol may prolong life and fight age-related diseases.

Resveratrol is one of a group of antioxidant compounds called polyphenols found in red wine that has been reported to have anti-inflammatory as well as anticancer properties.

Resveratrol may counter type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance, a new study shows.

CNN: At high doses, resveratrol appears to prolong life spans and improve health in mice. Human trials are under way.

This research, funded in part by the National Institute on Aging, was published in the journals Nature and Call in November, and bottles of resveratrol have been flying off the shelves since. Dr. Brent Bauer, director of the Department of Internal Medicine's Complementary and Integrative Medicine Program at Mayo Clinic says "This may be the best thing since sliced bread for human beings, but we just don't know yet."

Fox News: For years, red wine has been linked to numerous health benefits. But the new study, published online in the journal Nature on Thursday, shows that mammals given ultrahigh doses of resveratrol can get the good effects of cutting calories without actually doing it.

"If we're right about this, it would mean you could have the benefit of restricting calories without having to feel hungry," Sinclair said. "It's the Holy Grail of aging research."
